OVERVIEW

By purchasing from Wungo's Wanders ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to 
these Terms of Service.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We sell:
- Physical products (Wungo's Wanders Adventure Pack)
- Digital subscriptions (trail guides, adventure challenges, community access)
- Physical milestone rewards (patches, pins, badges earned through challenges)

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change 
without notice.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We try our best to display accurate product information (colors, features, 
availability). However, we cannot guarantee that all information is 
100% accurate or current. If you receive a product that differs materially 
from what was described, contact us for a refund or exchange.

PRICING

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. 
The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Your Adventure Pack includes a 3-month subscription to:
- Curated trail guides
- Adventure challenges
- Community access
- Milestone reward eligibility

After 3 months, your subscription ends unless you choose to renew at 
$15/month or $40/quarter. We'll email you before your initial period 
ends — there's no automatic renewal unless you opt in.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access your subscription features (trail guides, community), you'll 
need to create an account. You're responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use

USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use our community to spam, harass, or promote unrelated products
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our platform
- Resell our digital content or milestone rewards

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs, trail guides) 
is owned by Wungo's Wanders and protected by copyright. You may not:
- Copy or redistribute our content
- Use our brand name or logo without permission
- Claim our trail guides or challenges as your own

MILESTONE REWARDS

Physical rewards (patches, pins, badges) are mailed when you reach 
milestones (25, 50, 100+ miles logged). To receive rewards:
- You must have an active or completed subscription
- Miles must be logged within your subscription period
- We verify milestone completion before shipping rewards
- Rewards ship within 7-10 business days of milestone completion

Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for injuries sustained while hiking with your dog
- We are not responsible for trail conditions or accuracy of trail guides
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use common sense on trails. Check conditions before you go. Your safety 
is your responsibility.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Wungo's Wanders Adventure Pack comes with a 1-year manufacturer 
warranty against defects. Beyond that warranty and our 60-day return 
policy, products are provided "as is" without additional warranties.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Wungo's Wanders harmless from any claims, 
damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation 
of these terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States, 
without regard to conflict of law principles.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your County, 
State] rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small 
claims court if they qualify.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after 
changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
