RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

60-DAY ADVENTURE GUARANTEE

We want you and your dog to love the Wungo's Wanders Adventure Pack. 
If it doesn't spark joy on the trail, return it within 60 days for 
a full refund — no questions asked.

You can even keep any milestone rewards (patches, pins, badges) you've 
earned during the trial period. They're yours.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PACK

1. Email us at hello@wungoswanders.com within 60 days of purchase
2. Tell us you'd like to return (no need to explain why)
3. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
4. Ship the pack back to us in its original condition
5. Once we receive it, we'll issue a full refund within 5-7 business days

WHAT'S COVERED

✓ Full purchase price ($89)
✓ Any shipping fees you paid
✓ You keep any earned milestone rewards

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

✗ Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect (normal wear and tear is fine)
✗ Returns after 60 days from purchase date
✗ Items marked as final sale (we don't currently have any)

EXCHANGES

Want a different color? Email us and we'll swap it out at no charge 
if we haven't shipped yet, or for the cost of return shipping if 
already delivered.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

If you've renewed your 3-month adventure subscription and want to 
cancel, you can do so anytime. We'll refund the unused portion 
pro-rated by month.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your pack arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Email us at hello@wungoswanders.com with photos
- We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge
- You don't need to return the defective item
